What your Tantastic course minutes mean

A Tantastic course is a prepaid balance of sunbed minutes recorded on your salon account. Minutes used at a visit are deducted from that balance. The number bought is an account quantity, not the length of one session and not a recommendation about how often to visit.

Before buying, confirm the equipment category, price and purchase terms with reception. Use the current price list rather than a screenshot of an old offer. This guide explains the arrangement without duplicating prices that can change.

Keep balance arithmetic separate from session advice

If a balance contains 40 minutes and 6 minutes are deducted, the remaining balance is 34. That subtraction explains an account entry. It does not establish that a six-minute session is suitable for a particular person or that the remaining balance should be used over a particular period.

A larger purchase does not create a reason to increase UV exposure. Sunbeds carry health risks, and UKHSA advises against their cosmetic use. This page is about understanding a purchase, not choosing a tanning schedule.

Match the course to the equipment category

The price board distinguishes standard and premium equipment. Check which category applies to the bed you are asking about before paying. Do not assume that the same number of minutes has the same price across both categories, or that an account balance can automatically be moved between them.

Check the terms for the purchase you make

The site’s current course terms state that unused regular sunbed-course minutes expire 12 months after purchase. Seasonal and promotional offers have a three-month expiry. Courses are described as non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Read the price page and confirm the applicable terms before paying.

Keep the purchase date and receipt so that a later question can be connected to the correct course. If you bought an offer rather than a regular balance, make sure you understand which terms apply. Do not assume that a newer promotion changes an earlier purchase.

Ask for a balance check when something looks wrong

Ask reception or call 01709 212828. Explain which purchase or visit you are asking about and let the team check the account record. A mismatch between your recollection and the displayed balance is a question to resolve, not a reason to buy another course or share login details through a general message.

Keep passwords and payment-card details out of enquiries. My Tantastic is the customer hub, but this guide does not promise an online balance feature that has not been confirmed. The direct, supported route is to ask the salon.

Decide with the whole arrangement in view

Compare the current purchase options, expiry and any unused balance rather than only the headline price. A lower price per minute does not necessarily make a larger balance the right purchase for you.
